Refund Policy for SellMyCell

At SellMyCell, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless experience when using our services. We understand that there may be instances where you may want to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully before requesting a refund.

  1. Repair Services If you have availed our repair services, and if the device or product is not repaired or serviced satisfactorily, you can request a refund within 7 days of service completion. If your request is approved, we will refund the full amount paid by you for the service.

  2. Sale of Used Products If you have purchased a used product through SellMyCell, and if the product is not as described or is not functioning correctly, you can request a refund within 7 days of delivery. If your request is approved, we will refund the full amount paid by you for the product.

  3. Sale of New Products If you have purchased a new product through SellMyCell, and if the product is not as described or is not functioning correctly, you can request a refund within 7 days of delivery. If your request is approved, we will refund the full amount paid by you for the product.

  4. Refunds Process All refund requests must be made through our customer service team by email or phone. We will process your request within 7 business days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  5. Exceptions Please note that the following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products damaged due to customer negligence
  • Products that have been used or consumed after delivery
  • Services that have been fully completed and accepted by the customer
